Discover the nature of your body.
In the Tibetan medical tradition, every body is born with — and gradually shapes — a particular pattern. A constellation of wind and cold, bile and heat, phlegm and damp. Knowing yours is the first step in any Sowa Rigpa encounter.
This twenty-question test is drawn from the classical framework of the Four Tantras (rGyud bZhi), codified in the twelfth century by Yuthok Yonten Gonpo. It will identify which of the three humours — Lung (wind), Tripa (bile), Beken (phlegm) — most describes you today, and which of the seven classical types (three single, three dual, one balanced) is yours.
It is not a diagnosis. It is a mirror.

All nine, in order.
Most people are a blend — your top two or three matter more than any single label.
